For an inline embed, no — you drop a small <div> placeholder plus a single embed.js script tag; no SDK or account key required. Popups (Popup, Slider, Popover, Sidetab) use the full Spreeflo SDK, the same one that powers web analytics.
Turn on "Map to contacts." Every submission then creates or updates a contact in your audience, matched by a required email field. You can map any question to a contact attribute — like a role dropdown to job_title.
