You will be charged an overage fee for each block of 100 marketing contacts that has exceeded the plan's marketing contacts limit. You can upgrade your plan anytime to a plan with a higher marketing contacts limit. Overage fees differ by plan and details can be found in Settings > Subscription.

You can email send up to 10x the number of contacts in your plan each month. E.g. if you have a plan with 1,000 contacts, then you can send up to 10,000 emails each month. You can upgrade your plan anytime to a plan with a higher contact limit for a higher email sending limit.

We count the peak number of marketing contacts within the month. E.g. You may have an audience of 10,000 contacts but only 1,000 contacts are marked as Marketing Contacts, then we will count 1,000 as used marketing contacts. If you then immediately reduce to 900 contacts as Marketing Contacts, then still 1,000 will be counted as used marketing contacts for the month.

No, there are no setup fees.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
