Should you choose Spreeflo or Pardot?

Pardot’s advantage is that it is not really a separate product. Nurture programs, scoring and attribution read and write Salesforce records directly, so a B2B team already committed to Salesforce gets pipeline reporting that genuinely reflects what sales did. It is also one of very few enterprise platforms here that publishes its prices at all.

Those prices start at $1,250/mo for Growth+ on annual billing, rising to $2,750 and $4,400 for the higher editions, with $100/mo per additional 10,000 contacts and Salesforce CRM licences on top. Automation rules are capped at 50, 100 or 150 by edition, reviewers describe the builders as rigid and commonly say the price exceeds what you get, and the Marketing Cloud Next roadmap leaves the product’s future packaging unsettled.

Spreeflo is a different category of purchase: $16 and $24 a month, no CRM licence, no annual commitment, no rule caps. It has no lead scoring, no Salesforce-native attribution and no sales-cycle reporting. It does have browser push, transactional email, custom objects, bot-traffic reporting and a hosted MCP server on every plan — where Pardot has only a platform-level Salesforce server rather than a dedicated one.

What Spreeflo is

Spreeflo is an AI-powered marketing automation platform for founders and small teams — email, browser push notifications, forms and web analytics on one contact record, from $16/mo ($13 billed annually). Its AI writes per-recipient personalization at send time, an in-app AI assistant builds automations from plain language, and a hosted MCP server lets Claude, Claude Code or Cursor operate the whole workspace — while sends, publishes and deletes always require a person.

Founder-led businesses, one workspace. Sends, publishes and deletes always require a person — including when an AI agent is doing the building.

Where Spreeflo and Pardot differ

The two tools are built around different assumptions, so some of what Pardot covers has no Spreeflo equivalent. Here is exactly what that is, who it actually matters for, and what Spreeflo does in its place.

Native Salesforce CRM data

Campaigns, scores and attribution operate on the same records as your sales team, with no sync to maintain. Spreeflo has no CRM and no Salesforce integration, so a pipeline lives entirely elsewhere.

Pipeline attribution on closed revenue

Which nurture touched which closed opportunity, using Salesforce opportunity data. Spreeflo attributes revenue with last-touch and linear models from payment providers, which covers self-serve rather than sales-assisted revenue.

B2B lead scoring and grading

Einstein scoring plus manual grading built for long, multi-stakeholder cycles. Spreeflo has no scoring model.

Salesforce custom objects

Any object modelled in Salesforce is usable in segmentation. Spreeflo has custom objects on Professional covering orders, subscriptions and accounts, which is narrower but needs no Salesforce licence behind it.

Where Spreeflo comes out ahead of Pardot

14 of 26 scored rows go Spreeflo’s way — for these reasons:

Price and packaging do most of the work here. Pardot starts at $1,250/mo billed annually and that floor includes 10,000 contacts, so a 5,000-contact list pays $15,000 a year against $624 on Spreeflo Professional — before the Salesforce CRM licences it effectively requires. Automation rules are capped at 50 to 150 depending on edition, where Spreeflo places no cap. The outright absences are transactional email, browser push, popup forms and bot-traffic reporting, plus arbitrary site events, which Pardot does not track the way a product-led business needs. On AI agents Pardot has platform-level Salesforce MCP rather than anything dedicated to the marketing product.

Spreeflo is a marketing automation platform rather than a CRM, a page builder or an SMS gateway. The comparison above marks every row where that shows — nothing is hidden in a footnote.
